Production & Packaging
As Shift Supervisor Fill & Pack, you lead the day-to-day filling and packaging activities within your shift, supported by two Assistant Supervisors.
You combine people leadership with operational follow-up: keeping your team engaged, making sure production runs according to plan and continuously looking for ways to improve quality, safety and productivity.
You report directly to the Production Manager.
You’re someone who likes being close to both people and production. You can set clear expectations, motivate others and keep an overview when things get busy.
